Located within an upscale RV and Boat Storage facility on the west side of Albuquerque, right off of Interstate-40, Nomadland RV Stay is a gated, clean, and conveniently located facility with 50-amp full hookup spaces, reliable WiFi, countless amenities, and friendly staff!
Our facility is comprised of both RV storage and full-hookup RV spots. Our full-hookup spaces are located within our well-maintained and gated facility.
Amenities include fully tiled showers, clean restrooms, laundry room, wash bay, dump station, ice, filtered water, and a coffee machine in our lobby. Propane is available for purchase.
Guests appreciate our facility and the services we provide, as well as the location, which is convenient to downtown Albuquerque and Petroglyph National Monument, with proximity to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, services, public libraries, Old Town Albuquerque, and the downtown area.

Very nice, clean, and I felt so safe. Even had a well kept dog area. We needed a last minute place to stay on the way home and it worked out perfectly.

Super friendly and helpful management and staff. Price is very reasonable and affordable. Will be staying with them until September 29, 2026. Free bags of ice. Free coffee and tea. Safe and secured that is the most important. Showers and bathrooms are super clean.

I absolutely love staying here. It's a bit unconventional to the regular rv lots but this property is so homely, quiet, clean and beautiful! The showers, laundry and bathrooms are always spotless and clean. Maintance goes above and beyond for sure. They have a dog run and its very easy to take pets on walks here. The people who tend to stay here are some of the kindest we've had the pleasure of meeting aswell. There's a dump station, a place to wash your rv, air and all the essesials for your rv care. As a younger family with a bus it can be a bit weird in these places but not once did Nomandland feel like anything but home. Dan is the best host you could ask for and Maggy in the front is just the sweetest. I highly recommend you stay here for a fun relaxing visit thats easy to maneuver. Just make sure you check the lot sizes! They have really cool ones with decks and outdoor spaces that are beautifully decorated. We hope to snag one of those spaces next! Can't wait to be back!

Had a short but memorable stay overnight here. The facilities were clean and organized, check in was easy and communication was good. Had a bit of a parking issue in the pouring down rain, and Dan was awesome and helped us out with that! Thanks Dan!! Loved the clean, spacious and warm shower facilities. Definitely recommend and will plan to stay again if we get in the area!!

This campsite came by us on coincidence, when we called late in the evening we got a very friendly man on the phone that helped us all the way. At our arrival we had a nice new campsite with everything you can wish for at a rv site. It was so clean, filtered water, a waste water line next to our rv and we even had our own garden. The location is still in building but it was very safe with a wall around the site and 24h security. The owner is so friendly and helped us all the way. The showers are brand new and clean we could have washed our clothes and it had a dryer. It had a coffee machine and tea. On our spot we had a small own garden and bbq. But this not on all sites. The owner is still building new places across the street so there will be enough space. If you look for a spot in Albuquerque definitely go here! It’s the best we had on our holiday so far. The owner will help you with any wish you have so there no need to worry about anything. I would definitely come back here.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time in Sept for our anniversary. It was great, we stayed at one of the deck spaces and it was like being in a little cocoon. We loved it so much we are planning another trip out at the end of October and staying at another deck space. It was quiet here and well maintained. The site facilities were clean and spacious. It was great to come back after a day out and just relax. Thank you for a great anniversary weekend. See you soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The park is beautifully maintained, gated, quiet, and feels very safe and peaceful. The sites are large, level, and wonderfully private, which made our stay especially relaxing.
Everything was clean and well cared for, and we really appreciated the space between sites—you don’t feel crowded in at all. After traveling in our motorhome, it was such a pleasure to pull in somewhere that was comfortable, quiet, and easy to enjoy.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained RV park!

One of the best places to stay full hookups, coffee in the morning. There's ice for your cooler, hot showers, Dog run, car wash big enough for an RV, propane on-site. It just has it all

Wonderful communication, very professional, super nice place and exceeded my expectations for the bathrooms/showers and picnic table area. Beautiful flowers. No coin showers here! Even offered to give free washbay coins! Will be back when I travel through again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our way to Grand Canyon - what a great place to land! Very easy access to everything Albuquerque has to offer. Incredibly clean and gated, with all amenities, including wash station and propane. Highly recommend!

While traveling through NM with our 26ft travel trailer, my husband and I spent one night in site G at NomadLand RV Park. It was easy to maneuver into this full hook-up, back-in site, and we enjoyed the small patio/seating area. The proximity to the very clean and well-stocked bathroom was great. Although we didn't use the laundry facilities, they were available and also appeared well-maintained. We were well informed about the gate code ahead of our arrival, so check-in and check-out were hassle free. The free ice was a huge bonus because we were traveling with a cooler and it was hot! If you are looking for a clean, well-managed, space to call home for a night, this is it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here over the Memorial weekend to explore the area and spend time with family. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we were kindly greeted the moment we pulled up, the whole place was very clean including the showers and laundry room, it was very quiet, both day and night, and close to pretty much everything you might need. We had no problems with our utility connections, I even read that the water connections on the pedestals already have pressure regulators in them, and set to 40psi. This place was very well thought out and I think every other RV park should be this way.

This place is the best! Such a unique concept and very well throughout. Our site had a little zen fountain and more than enough lighting at night. In the past staying in ABQ I haven’t felt the safest, but this place felt more than secure! Added bonus was the RV sized car wash! Staff is more than helpful.

This is a great park. I've never seen a place better organized or cared for. The staff are exceptional. I felt the price was a little high, but I will say it was a good deal for Albuquerque. The park is 100% safe, never a concern. I was here 3.5 months. The spaces are very tight and packed like a parking lot. Still, in Albuquerque, I think this was a very good park. Would definitely recommend!
